Boxing / Group Fitness - Tue/Thu/Sat
We run our main group fitness sessions on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6pm.
And Saturday mornings at 9am.
The sessions include bagwork, padwork, core conditioning and running.
The sessions maintain a reasonably high pace and are for those willing to train hard.
If 30-40min isn't enough we often finish these sessions off with some light sparing.
So if you're looking to try your hand(s) at the sweet science, this is your starting point.

Light Group Fitness (Mon/Wed/Sat)
For anyone needing a little more air between rounds we run ladies groups on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9am, then a similar (guys & girls) Saturday mornings at 800am.
These sessions are very moderate in pace - structured for a beginners fitness level.

Full Contact Sparing
We spar regularly throughout the week and timing varies depending on work schedules etc.
We generally plan sparing in advance so if you're after a few solid rounds there's always someone willing to trade some leather :)


Personal Training
If group fitness just isn't your thing or you're looking for a more tailored training program,
We offer direct personal training outside normal gym hours. 1on1, small groups - it's your call.
