Lyndo's Boxing delivers both Competition based training as well as group fitness sessions for all ages and ability levels. We're proud to have helped a large number of people regain a healthy & active lifestyle, whilst preparing young athletes for the competitive boxing stage @ State and National level.

Group Fitness - Tue / Thu
These sessions run from 6pm - 7pm.
The first half is conditioning (run by Rohan)
The second half is competition prep (Lyndo).

Friday Nights for the girls.
6pm. Half an hour. Nothing too intense.
Just what the girls like b4 a busy weekend.
Bring a friend. Join the gasbaging.
Sparing Mon / Wed / Fri
These sessions are pre organized.
Try the group fitness b4 you rock up to spar ;)
However we welcome spectators ~ 6pm.

Sunday Mornings.
Due to the large number of upcoming comps,
We currently don't offer Sunday mornings.
Stay tuned as they will be back over Summer.
